It''s a fast-growing medical devices and clinical services company who''s restructure within their Neuro team has created these exciting opportunities. The role is field based with home office administration time as required, there is an expectation to commute to different hospitals throughout your designated region with occasional national travel when required.The primary role of the Orthopaedic application specialist is to support the Orthopaedic business within the designated region.This will be via performing intraoperative monitoring across degenerative spinal cases such as scoliosis, lateral approach XLIF, ACDF and other procedures. Additionally, supporting interventional pain treatment procedures such as radio-frequency and Cryoneurolysis for denervation. This is primarily a clinical service role.Key responsibilities include:Perform IONM in Spinal/Orthopaedic procedures and interventional pain treatments across your region.Develop product expertise to be able to teach end users how to use devices, including technical specification, application and trouble shootingWork in conjunction with Clinical Governance Manger to complete both practical and theoretical clinical education.Produce pre- and post- operation reports.Deliver presentations on clinical topics to healthcare professionals at company involved events.Gain proficiency in the company''s back-office and commercial functions.Create regular timely reports to present to the Regional Sales Managers and Regional Clinical Service Managers on progress and challenges faced.Organise and attend key local and national conferences in line with the strategic aims of the business.Essential candidate requirements:Clinical experience in Neurology / Orthopaedics/ operating theatreStrong anatomy and physiology knowledge, with particular focus on spine / brainMSc /BSc in Neuroscience related fieldFull UK driving licenceRight to work in the UK on a permanent basisExisting demonstrable proficiency in IONM for spinal degenerative procedures or ability to achieve within 3 months - relevant training to be provided if new to these clinical skills.Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively with a range of key internal and external stakeholders.Team player.Strong organisational and time management skills.Be coachable - have a desire to learn.Highly motivated and personable / likeable.Pro-active and ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.Ability to work within a wider team, communicating in both an upstream and downstream direction.In return you will receive a comprehensive remuneration package, including car allowance, pension, private healthcare, daily meal allowance and a highly rewarding incentive and commission scheme (paid quarterly).Please apply on line or contact CHASE on 0131 553 6644 for further information.Reference number: 69170
