Associate

to join its

Chemicals Investment Banking team , based in either

London or Frankfurt . This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of MandA, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions in the chemicals sector.Conduct financial modelling , valuation analysis, and industry research.Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and transaction documentation.Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-border teams in a dynamic, deal-driven environment.

What We''re Looking For

Solid experience in investment banking, ideally with exposure to chemicals or adjacent industrial sectors.Fluent in

German and English .Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results without daily supervision.Comfortable operating in a

virtual team structure

- flexibility to work remotely, including from abroad or while traveling.High level of

reliability and accountability
