Manage and lead a team of nursery staff to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery roomCreate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in your careDevelop and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for childrenCommunicate effectively with parents regarding their child''s progress and well-beingDrive continuous improvement in the quality of childcare providedOversee daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtimeMaintain accurate records of children''s development and activitiesQualifications:
