You will provide technical leadership and expertise in supporting and maintaining the Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM application, specifically within the Finance and Procurement domains. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, performance optimisation, integration, security, and operational best practices. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, manage a team of support engineers and work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve high-impact issues while maintaining stability and security of the Oracle Cloud platform.Skills and experience required:Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP platform, including Fusion Middleware and database technologiesFinance and Procurement domainsExtensive experience with Oracle Cloud application development frameworks and toolsProficiency in Scripting languages (eg, SQL and Python)Experience with performance monitoring and tuning toolsUnderstanding of integration technologies ( OCI ) and APIs (eg, REST, SOAP)Experience with ITIL processes and change management.Desirable:Experience in a technical support role within an Oracle Cloud environment with integrationsOracle Cloud certificationsExperience with other ..... full job details .....
