As one of the few family-owned operators of their size in the UK, they are forecasting significant growth moving forward.The role:Meeting individual and team sales targets and KPIsResponding to enquiries and brochure requests promptly and professionallyConstructing imaginative, detailed itineraries using expert knowledge and creativityManaging a personal portfolio of clients to ensure high retention and referralsHandling booking administration from enquiry to returnWorking weekends on a rota basis (with optional overtime)Representing the company at shows, exhibitions, and events (some weekends)The person:Minimum of 3 years'' experience in travel sales (ideally in luxury or tailor-made travel)First-hand knowledge of the company destinationsA natural affinity with the company brand and a passion for travelKnowledge of airline GDS systems (preferred)Outstanding communication and attention to detailExcellent organisational and presentation skillsSmart, ..... full job details .....
