This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reservation and Sales Manager looking for a new role in an exciting new venue.Previous Experience in a similar role is essential.Job Description:Manage all Design My Night/ Collins enquiries/ bookings to ensure best diary management and optimisation.Attend all site visits, upselling and managing clients'' expectationsManage all pre-planning of events: contracts, invoicing, payments and detailed function sheetsWork closely with the operations and onsite teams to ensure strong communication, the smooth running of events and private hiresAttend/ manage the bigger events on the day to ensure that it is running to plan, being the main point of contact for the clientImplement comprehensive sales strategies with the Head of Sales to ensure maximisation of all revenue opportunities from group bookings, events and full venue hiresAchieve agreed KPIs, quarterly targetsEnsure effective recording and tracking of all sales initiatives and prepare reports for sales meetingsCreate, develop and maintain strong relationships with local Canary Wharf businesses, clients and other potential customersBe the ambassador of the venue, attend all relevant events and networkingBe a problem solver, open to challenges and calm resolutionsWork closely with the Marketing Team and Head of Sales to develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
