Local organisation looking for their next permanent customer advisor Your new company A leading organisation in the private sector is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic Customer Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything they do. This role is permanent, based Airport Road West and is 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays (37 hours per week).Your new role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality service to customers. You will be responsible for recording customer and job request details, coordinating maintenance and new connection planning, and handling both inbound and outbound communications.
