We are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-School Room Leader to join a well-established independent school and nursery in Bushey.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years practitioner who is passionate about supporting children''s development in a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

About the Role

• Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning activities
• Support children''s learning, development and wellbeing
• Monitor and assess children''s progress
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment

Requirements

• QTS, EYTS, EYPS, Level 6 Early Years or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working within an early years setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
• Two professional references
