A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company as their Finance Manager. Joining their small, friendly team, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking the Finance function back in-house from an external provider. Duties will include:Overseeing sales / purchase ledger (invoice input and basic duties will undertaken by external provider)Bank reconciliationsVAT returnsMonthly management accounts, profit and loss, balance sheet, cashflow forecastsAccruals / prepaymentsPreparing year end accounts Running payroll and all associated pension administrationSome general duties such as monitoring KPIs,HR documentation etcThe company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 16-20 hours per week. They can be flexible about how these are spread, i.e. 5 short days or 2-3 full days, depending on what works best for the you. They are using a bespoke software system, but strong experience using Excel would be highly beneficial (Vlookups, pivot tables, etc).
