Both new build and refurbishment. They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a 40m residential new build in Henley on Thames. Their ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 10+ years quantity surveying experience gained with main contractors or tier 1 developers. Construction project experience - ideally residential or commercial. Excellent communication and management skills. Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline - ideal.
