Sous Chef , youll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a creative and consistent food offering while supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen.While operating a small kitchen, we aim high when it comes to creativity. Our kitchen serves breakfast, both buffet and a la carte, alongside elevated light bar bites available through the day. What Youll Be DoingSupport the Head Chef:
Assist in menu planning, preparation, and ensuring consistent quality during service.
