Operations Manager - Hotel Housekeeping Operations
Hours: 40 hours per weekSalary: £44,000 - £45,000 per annum Please note that this role requires regular travel due to the nature of the position and the needs of the business. Due to the travel requirements of the role, the ideal candidate should live in or around the Chelmsford area. Who Are They? The Role Due to the continued growth of their business, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee multiple hotel housekeeping operations across their portfolio. This is a home-based role with regular travel required, typically three to four days per week onsite. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational standards, supporting site teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth delivery of housekeeping services across all locations.
