We are working with a leading Tier One Contractor who are seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their Fire Division as the team continues to expand.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team of five, working on long-term contracts with a clear progression route towards Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Role:

• Managing costs, contracts, and valuations across fire safety projects

• Working closely with a team of surveyors and project managers

• Ensuring financial efficiency and value on long-term contracts

• Supporting and learning from experienced colleagues with room to progress

About You:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within construction or specialist divisions

• Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships

• Ambition to develop into a Senior QS role
