Regulatory and Quality Compliance Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and fundamental standards. Lead on external inspections, audits, and governance processes. Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and documentation remain accurate and up to date. Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, reporting concerns appropriately.
