This is a hands-on role requiring full lifecycle ownership, from planning through to acceptance and handover, in a production setting. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale control systems projects in a safety-critical domain. Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality across the full project lifecycle. Oversee planning, readiness gates, build, test, acceptance, and handover phases. Drive performance in complex production environments, ensuring on-time delivery and continuous improvement. Coordinate integration of PLC/SCADA systems and distributed control units (e.g., LCU/DCCU). Maintain accountability for project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. Required Experience Proven track record in delivering safety-critical control systems in defence, maritime, or similarly regulated sectors. Strong understanding of real-time control systems, PLC/SCADA, and distributed integration. Demonstrated leadership in full lifecycle project delivery within production environments.
