About the Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
• Adjust teaching methods to improve accessibility and student engagement
• Establish a well-organised, positive classroom environment that encourages student success
• Collaborate effectively with SENCOs, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Encourage student confidence and independence using innovative and creative teaching approaches

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified with QTS and experienced in teaching students with SEND
• Effective classroom management and strong communication abilities
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable teaching style
• Dedicated to designing meaningful and engaging learning experiences
• Highly organised with a strong commitment to supporting student growth
