This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate leader to shape practice, support staff, and drive high-quality outcomes for children with complex needs.The RoleAs Team Manager within the Children with Disabilities Team, you will:Provide operational leadership and day-to-day management of a multidisciplinary team of Social Workers and practitioners.Ensure high-quality statutory practice across assessments, care planning, safeguarding, and short breaks support.Offer clear management oversight and decision-making on complex cases involving children with disabilities and additional needs.Promote inclusive, strengths-based, and person-centred practice across the service.Chair and contribute to complex meetings, including strategy discussions and multi-agency planning forums.Drive performance management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within the team.Support staff ..... full job details .....
