We are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join our client, a reputable and well sought after company in Central Milton Keynes to work for.

As a Legal Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team. You will be answering enquiries, arranging and attending meetings, drafting minutes and making decisions on cases, uploading papers and providing support to other committees.

To be successful in this role you will be organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to work both independently and as a team.

Key responsibilities of a Legal Administrator

  • Act as the first point of contact for member enquiries
  • Arrange and attend meetings, take meeting notes, draft minutes and make decisions on cases
  • Upload papers and documents, sending out decision and notice letters
  • Provide support to the wider team (cover absences)

Skills and experience required for a Legal Administrator

  • Proven legal training or experience in a legal environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Customer service experience
