with a passion for Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment? MDE Group is seeking a specialist to join our Bristol office and take ownership of a high-demand desk covering

Power Generation, Manufacturing, and Mechanical and Electrical

markets.

This is a unique opportunity to build a high-performing desk on

contract recruitment basis , working with a client base that values technical expertise and trusted delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage the full 360 recruitment process across Engineering and Manufacturing roles

Deliver exceptional permanent and/or contract solutions within Power Generation, Manufacturing, and Mechanical and Electrical disciplines

Source, screen, and place high-quality technical candidates

Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients

Leverage market insights to provide expert advice and identify new opportunities

Drive consistent revenue growth and play a key role in expanding our Bristol operations

Requirements

Proven track record as a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant within Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related market

Strong knowledge of the Power Generation, Manufacturing, or Mechanical and Electrical sectors

Demonstrable billing success, ideally £150,000+ annually

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A motivated, consultative approach with the ambition to become a sector specialist
