The project has a 10-year timeline and is valued at 1 billion, representing a significant infrastructure development for the UK''s Defence sector. Some of your duties will include:Prescribe Mechanical Building Services requirements for design projects.Specify Mechanical Building Services elements within Scope of Work documentation.Provide technical support during tender reviews.Oversee Mechanical Building Services designs through regular reviews and progress meetings.Produce cost estimates and assist commercial teams with tender submissions.Support design reviews to ensure subcontractor compliance with company standards, regulations, and industry norms.Advise line management and stakeholders on implementing and maintaining compliant design documentation.Provide technical mentorship and oversight to junior engineers.Maintain complete and accurate records in line with company standards.
