Account Manager - Manufacturing

Your new company My client, a leading manufacturing business based in Birkenhead, is seeking a professional Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.Are you a customer-focused powerhouse with a passion for ethical business and sustainable growth? I am on the hunt for a dynamic Account Manager who has a passion for building long-term client relationships and driving growth.Your new role The position is offered full-time Monday to Friday and fully office-based. Free parking is available on site. Some of your duties will include but not limited toDrive sales growth through upsell, cross-sell, and innovation opportunities aligned with client goals.Provide accurate sales forecasts and demand planning to support operational requirements.Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in customer organisations.Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, proactively resolving issues, handling escalations, and ensuring timely resolutions across supply chain, logistics, and service functions.Lead and support commercial negotiations - contracts, pricing, SLAs, and volume agreements.Serve as the commercial lead for projects, coordinating cross-functional teams from concept to launch.Collaborate internally on cost-saving initiatives, lean manufacturing, and operational efficiencies.Measure and manage customer service performance, ensuring targets of 95% or above.Own service performance and delivery of KPIs, ensuring SLAs are in place and met.Take ..... full job details .....
