Job Description:
- Provide tailored support to students withandnbsp;Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those withandnbsp;EHCPs,andnbsp;learning difficulties, orandnbsp;social, emotional and mental health needs
- Work closely with class teachers to deliverandnbsp;differentiated learningandnbsp;and ensure access to theandnbsp;mainstream curriculum
- Support students in developing theirandnbsp;confidence,andnbsp;independence, andandnbsp;social skills
- Assist withandnbsp;classroom management,andnbsp;behaviour support, andandnbsp;pastoral care
- Monitor and record student progress, contributing toandnbsp;individual learning plansandnbsp;andandnbsp;review meetings
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teachingandnbsp;Business Studiesandnbsp;at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
- Be a reflective and adaptable practitioner with strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;skills
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;student wellbeing
- Possess excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisational, andandnbsp;interpersonalandnbsp;skills
- Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;continuous professional development,andnbsp;team collaboration, andandnbsp;innovative teaching methods
