Our client, a fa-ade specialist, is seeking an experienced Estimator with a proven track record in cladding projects to join their team.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for a range of projects, including private residences, schools, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for cladding works

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Liaise with clients, architects, and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing

• Ensure estimates are competitive while maintaining profitability

• Support the project team through to completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the cladding industry is essential

• Experience across both private and public sector projects (residential, education, healthcare)

• Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and installation methods

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
