The postholder will work closely with a team of expert editors, setting priorities, ensuring consistent processes are followed and facilitating smooth collaboration. Direct editorial skills are not essential, but experience managing workflows, organisational skills and leadership is key. Key Responsibilities within this role include: Managing a small team of editors in ensuring the high standards of MRCP(UK) examination material are maintained Responsibility for organising editing, developing the team''s processes Maintaining the bank Working closely with volunteer clinicians.
