The role requires strong CDM regulation knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering medium-complexity property projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver projects within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints. Manage day-to-day project operations, teams, contractors, and resources. Develop business cases, track budgets, and manage risks/issues. Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Apply project controls, assurance, and governance processes. Essential Requirements: Prince2 Practitioner and/or APM PMQ or equivalent project experience. Strong practical experience implementing CDM Regulations. Proven delivery of medium-complexity property projects (refurbishment, construction, decommissioning). Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
