The Interim HR Advisor will support the business by providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.Client DetailsOur client is a professional services organisation with a robust presence in the UK and a main office in Leeds.DescriptionThe interim HR Advisor will:Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to management and employees.Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.Assist with employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary processes.Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.Collaborate with team members to deliver effective HR solutions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness.ProfileThe Interim HR Advisor should have:Previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the professional services industry or a head office environment.Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Experience with HR systems and processes.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.HR or business degree, and or a CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.Job OfferCompetitive salary between 35,000 and 37,000 per annum.Opportunity to work within a well-established professional services ..... full job details .....
