An independent SEN school in the Crawley area is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team and work closely with two boys in Year 5 who have ADHD, dyslexia, and sensory processing needs. The Role: Provide consistent, tailored support throughout the school day. Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and SEN specialists to adapt learning activities. Support the student manage their emotions, focus in class, and engage with the curriculum. Build a positive rapport, using a patient approach to build trust and create a safe, structured learning environment. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ADHD and sensory needs. Understanding of behaviour support strategies and inclusive education.
