Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: -40,000 - -45,000
Location: Bracknell
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth product flow from supply to shop floor
- Ensure optimal product placement on the shop floor, maintaining high standards for visual merchandising and product availability
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to develop strategies that meet consumer demand
- Work with data to anticipate demand and ensure adequate stock levels, avoiding out-of-stock situations while minimising excess inventory
- Regularly assess product performance, providing insights to key stakeholders on sales trends, stock rotation, and promotional effectiveness
What We''re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Account Management or Merchandising, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry
- Proven experience in Healthcare (desirable)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with both suppliers and retailers
- A proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- A passion for staying on top of the latest retail trends, product innovations, and consumer behaviour
