Technician – Installation, Manufacturing and Warehousing

A well-established and growing business near Oxfordshire is seeking a multi-skilled Technician to join their team.  Key Responsibilities

• Install premium fencing systems across the UK as part of a small, skilled team
• Operate production machinery including CNC routers, auto-feed routers, and heat bending equipment
• Support warehouse operations: picking, packing, and preparing customer orders using a CRM system
• Travel nationwide and stay overnight when required (accommodation provided)
• Collaborate across installation, production, and logistics to improve efficiency
• Follow health and safety procedures and uphold high operational standards

 Training and Onboarding

• Full training provided by experienced team members
• Week 1 introduces duties across installation, manufacturing, and warehousing

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (required for operating company vehicles)
• Own transport for commuting (limited public transport access)
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home
• Practical mindset and eagerness to learn technical skills
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks

Working Hours

• Factory: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Installation: Hours vary depending on project location
