Responsibilities: Manage the full process from property listing through to tenancy setup, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflowOversee and maintain property listings, ensuring descriptions, photos, and details are accurate and up to dateMaintain and update the applicant database, ensuring all records are currentSupport the onboarding process, gathering initial paperwork and required documentationEnsure all compliance processes are followed, including ID checks and pre-tenancy documentationManage diaries for the lettings team, coordinating appointments and schedulesHandle day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, reporting, and data entryEnsure all tenancies are completed in line with current legislation and compliance standardsPrepare and issue tenancy agreementsRespond to property enquiries and direct them to the appropriate negotiators Register deposits and provide support on lettings compliance ..... full job details .....
