We are currently looking for a Shift Team Leader with relevant experience to work on a shift basis within a Biomass Facility in Milton Keynes. The Package 36,000 Basic Salary. 2,000 Shift Allowance.4on / 4off Shift Pattern - Days and Nights.Vast Amount Of Training And A Clear Progression Route., Job BriefTo support with the day-to-day operation of the plant.To contribute to the day-to-day operation of the site.Oversee a Shift Team of Operators.Undertake planned and unplanned maintenance on site when necessary.Ensure all health and safety is upheld.Provide technical reports and maintain records are up to date and relevant.Using SCADA to monitor the plant.Assist management and other staff with plant running. RequirementsProven experience within Renewable Energy, Power Generation, or similar industries.Should hold some form of HSE qualification such as IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent.Willingness to get involved all aspects of Plant Operation including using Plant Equipment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.Ideally would hold a CHP, Boiler licence or other relevant power plant accreditation or knowledge.NVQ or equivalent in Plant Mechanics/Maintenance.
