We’re looking for a Group Head of Tax for a 15 month Fixed Term Contract to join our Finance team and lead all aspects of tax compliance and strategy across the business. In this role, you’ll oversee corporation tax, VAT, and employment tax obligations in the UK and Ireland, identify opportunities for tax efficiencies, and ensure compliance with evolving legislation. Lead all aspects of tax compliance and strategy for the UK and Ireland, including corporation tax, VAT, and employment tax.Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies and ensure compliance with evolving legislation.Manage strategic projects including acquisitions, disposals, and cross-border transactions; collaborate with external advisors and internal stakeholders.Provide tax governance and bring best practice to the organisation; support business partners with tax considerations in decision making.Qualifications

Qualified CTA with solid UK Corporate Tax experience; exposure to VAT and Employment Tax, and practical knowledge of Alphatax.Strong analytical and planning skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Confident communicator who builds relationships at all levels, welcomes feedback, and thrives in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team.Proactive ownership of responsibilities with energy and drive, continually seeking process improvements and high-quality outcomes.Working Arrangement

Hybrid working environment; you’ll be required to come to our Milton Keynes HQ at least once per week.About Us
