As the ideal candidate you will have experience of managing and improving system compliance and managing product quality conformance. You will be experienced at working with manufacturing teams, leading investigations and delivering production improvement to drive customer satisfaction. Your role and responsibilities will include: To liaise with suppliers and customers (internal and external) on all quality related issues. Facilitate and communicate the quality expectations throughout the production unit. Effectively interact with Production, Commercial, and Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products. To manage and develop Quality support staff. To participate in APQP activities on all new or changed products. As part of the APQP team, prepare quality related documentation for all new or changed products. Generate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), including use of CMM, where applicable, and documentation for all new or changed products as required by the Customer.
