Key Responsibilities:Advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance.Supporting clients through complex transactions and providing strategic legal guidance.Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless service.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends.

Requirements:UK-qualified solicitor (NQ+).Experience in banking law, with exposure to corporate finance and real estate finance.Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.Excellent communication and client management abilities.Must be based within a commutable distance of Leeds.
