Logistics and Material Master Data Specialist is responsible for daily operational activities with Campari UK warehouse, production plants, third party logistics providers and customs brokers. This role also includes supply planning which assesses the current orders and plans future supplies to ensure customer orders are fulfilled. It also manages Material Master Data for the SKUs sold on the UK market.Key Responsibilities and Activities
Supply Planning
Stock monitoring on a daily and monthly basis to ensure coverage for customer ordersManage Purchase Orders for finished products from creation to delivery from Production Plant to Campari UK warehousePlan future supplies in collaboration with Demand Manager UK and Planning Hub in HQ in ItalySupport Demand Planner with relevant information regarding upcoming deliveries and stock levelsCommunicate with relevant stakeholders on changes in suppliesWork closely with Production Plants, forwarders, customs brokers and Campari UK warehouse to resolve supply issues3PL Management
KPIs monitoring and optimizationOrganizing and monitoring of re-working activities (GWP, VAP)Participation in physical stock checksStock analysis and alignment between 3PL and Campari UKMaterial Master Data management
New SKUs creation and extension to Campari UK warehouseMaintaining the database of existing SKUsManaging phasing-in and phasing-out of SKUsReporting
Be responsible for managing data to share visibility and track performanceParticipation in development of new reporting tools and orders management toolsCustomer Service
Ensure proper back-up to Customer Service UK Domestic and Export team when requiredKey Relationships
Reports to Logistics and Customer Service Manager UKInternal: Production plants; Planning hub and transport team in HQ in Italy; Demand planning Manager; Commercial and Marketing teams; Finance team; Human Resources teamExternal: Customers; Campari UK Warehouse; Third party logistics providers; Freight forwarders; Customs brokersExperience and Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and logistics in FMCG; experience in drinks industry preferredManage complex data and provide detailed analysis to draw insightsTime management and prioritizationAbility to deliver creative solutionsAttention to detailProblem solvingResults orientedAbility to work under stressStrong communication skillsFast learnerProficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced ExcelSAP knowledge is a plusWhat’s on Offer
