Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team.In this office based role you will be looking after a portfolio of around 15 properties, responsible primarily for block management. You will undertake regular visits to local sites for inspections, arrange maintenance and payments and ensure compliance to HandS and fire regulations.
