This role owns statutory financial reporting and leads the audit process, working closely with global finance and external auditors. The organisation combines retail excellence with ongoing international growth and a collaborative, commercially focused finance team.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of this Financial Accountant role will be:Prepare the statutory financial statements and manage the statutory financial audit process, working closely with external auditors, the global finance team, and local service providers.Review and reconcile key accounts and post monthly journal entries for month end reporting.Review monthly financial results and lead the actual to forecast variance analysis.Prepare turnover rent certificates on a monthly and quarterly basis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support New Store Openings across the region.Manage other ad-hoc audit and reporting requests.Identify continuous improvements in existing processes and ways of working.
