Design Manager - Central London - Hotels / High Spec Residential Projects

A Design Manager is required to oversee design packages on large new build hotels and high spec residential fit out projects in Central London. The schemes are valued at up to -70m in total and consist of new build, cut & carve refurbishment and fit out. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build / refurbishment projects with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a Senior Design Manager any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is a head office based role with occasional site visits also required.

Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least -20m with leading residential Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / West London.
