Equity Private Markets (EPM) —and offers the opportunity to shape and deliver high-impact people strategies in a fast-paced, global environment.You''ll work closely with senior leadership, playing a strategic and hands-on role in driving performance, culture, and talent development across the region.Responsibilities:Partnering with senior leaders on talent planning, succession, organisational design, and leadership developmentDriving the culture, inclusion, and employee experience agenda across EMEASupporting strategic hiring and location strategy in collaboration with recruiting and business leadersLeading performance and reward cycles, promotions, and compensation processesManaging complex change, employee relations matters, and partnering with legal and internal stakeholdersUsing data and analytics to inform decision-making and present insights back to leadershipCollaborating across global HR and business teams in London, New York, and Hong KongWhat We’re Looking For+10 years of experience as an

HR Business Partner , ideally within global, matrixed environmentsStrong track record influencing C-suite or senior business leadersDeep understanding of HR disciplines, including

recruiting, compensation, employee relations, and talent managementExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsStrong facilitation, communication, and presentation skillsCommercial mindset and a keen interest in
