Technical Lead/Solution Architect - Qualtrics Location: Remote - London andamp; Salford - (occasional travel to Salford andamp; London, Travel expenses will be covered) Duration: 6 months Rolling Contract THIS PROJECT IS INSIDE IR35 We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead/Solution Architect with strong Qualtrics expertise to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can combine solution architecture, hands-on platform configuration, integrations, and client-facing communication. Key responsibilities Design scalable and practical Qualtrics solutions based on business requirements Lead the technical delivery of enterprise Qualtrics implementations Configure surveys, dashboards, workflows, automations, and Embedded data logic Build and support integrations between Qualtrics and other business systems Work closely with stakeholders to turn technical concepts into clear solutions Support testing, troubleshooting, optimisation, and client enablement Must-have skills Strong experience with Qualtrics in an enterprise environment Proven background as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Technical Consultant Hands-on experience with Qualtrics configuration, including surveys, workflows, dashboards, and automations Strong experience with APIs and system integrations Technical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience integrating Qualtrics with platforms such as Salesforce, CRM, HRIS, SAP, Slack, or ..... full job details .....
