This boutique advisory firm has enjoyed sequential years of growth and now has c110 professional employees across London and North America.Reporting to the CEO and partnering with SLT, you will develop and deliver a business-aligned people strategy that helps deliver more sustainable, profitable growth. You will lead a small people team, including a TA Partner and a Payroll professional, as you work across the employee life cycle. With people being the ''product'', you will focus on talent development, retention and attracting top talent globally. You will be working with a significant gen-z population as well as an intellectual employee base - all employees hold either a Masters'' or PhD - and thus a diverse, current approach to HR is required.The ideal Head of HR will be accustomed to delivering in a boutique, high-end advisory or SME pharmaceutical and have passion for holding a no1 HR role. More so, the preferred Head of HR will be comfortable with a multi-generational workforce and be used to delivering in a high -achieving, intellectual business.
