An opportunity exists for a Senior/ Quantity Surveyor to join our Sheffield office to deliver projects across residential, commercial and student sectors. Specific requirements:

? Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification

? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365

? Ability to undertake cost planning at all project stages

? Advise on appropriate procurement strategies

? Prepare Bills of Quantities

? Ability to evaluate tender returns and negotiate tenders

? Experience of value engineering

? Ability to monitor project costs and experience of producing cashflows

? Experience of negotiating final accounts

? Experience of JCT Contracts

? Experience and knowledge of large-scale programme management
