My client is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team and provide essential clerical support to their Finance function. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate input and verification of financial documents onto their ledgers, in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and distributing incoming invoices, maintaining an accurate invoice register.
• Accurately inputting supplier invoices, non-purchase order nominal invoices, and expense claims onto the SAP system.
• Monitoring the integrity of Goods Received Note inputs and resolving related queries.
• Providing proactive assistance to site personnel with SAP input queries.
• Handling first-line supplier queries, resolving or escalating as appropriate.
• Scanning invoices and ensuring correct matching to posting entries in SAP.
• Performing statement reconciliations to verify supplier balances.
• Processing SAP payment runs as requested.

• Previous experience within a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office systems

• Type: Full-time, 100% office-based
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
• Salary: -25,000 - -28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Holiday allowance: 25 days + bank holidays
