Senior Project Manager

to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electro-mechanical engineering design projects for our Hampshire based client. This hands-on role is key to aligning technical projects with business objectives, managing resources, timelines, budgets, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams through all project phasesManage schedules, budgets, resources, and riskEnsure quality standards and engineering best practices are metCommunicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updatesMentor junior team members and support training initiatives

Requirements

Bachelors degree in an engineering disciplineProven experience delivering complex engineering projects end-to-endStrong technical understanding of engineering principlesExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage budgets and adapt to evolving requirements
