You will be covering all aspects of post-completion processes for the residential team.Duties will include:Preparing and filing SDLT formsMR01 registration with Companies HouseRegistrations via the Land Registry portalPreparing and serving Notices on completionPlacing Indemnities on riskBeing pro-active chasing other party’s solicitors and/or dealing with Land Registry’s requisition(s)Scheduling deeds and documents to lenders and clientsUpdating LMS and Lender ExchangeIt is essential that you have experience in post-completion work and have experience working with a high-volume caseload.
