Permanent, Part Time (0.8)Please note that this post is funded for the 2026/27 academic year onwards so the successful candidate would not be expected to commence in post prior to August 2026.The Commercial Industries and Access School at Kingston College is looking to appoint a Lecturer to teach courses across a range of levels and to be a personal tutor on the Sport courses.This post will sit within the Sport curriculum area with teaching across a wide range of levels including but not limited to: BTEC, NCFE, Levels 2 and 3.The courses are predominantly coursework-based with exam components therefore we seek an innovative practitioner to design engaging coursework and assessment tasks that inspire learners to achieve their full potential. Following our agreed schemes of work, assessment schedules and student monitoring procedures are an essential component of this work to ensure that students meet and exceed their target grades. The post will also be involved in internal verification activities and organising and taking part in external verification.As our Lecturer, we would like you to hold a degree or relevant professional qualification in an appropriate subject, hold a teaching qualification (or willing to work towards) and have excellent teaching skills and substantial relevant teaching experience on BTEC and/or NCFE programmes.
