The Lead Generator will report to the Associate Director of Business Development and will be responsible for increasing awareness of the Northern Skills brand across Tyne and Wear, Durham, and Northumberland. This office-based role focuses on executing targeted telesales and marketing strategies to generate employer enquiries and promote apprenticeships, boot camps, and bespoke training services. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in schools, local careers services, and referral agencies to support employer engagement and learner recruitment. The postholder will also work closely with employers to understand their workforce development needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that ensure a high-quality experience for both employers and learners.
