About the Role
A well-established private dental practice in Ruislip, is looking for a professional, energetic, and organised Practice Manager. This role is ideal for someone with proven management experience in the dental industry who is motivated to lead a successful practice and team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice

• Lead, support, and motivate the team

• Manage HR procedures, recruitment, and staff training

• Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and practice policies

• Control budgets and manage costs effectively

• Deliver excellent patient care and customer service

• Maintain accurate records using SOE and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year''s experience in the dental industry

• Proven practice management skills

• Strong financial awareness

• Excellent people management and communication skills

• Knowledge of HR and CQC compliance

• Organised, detail-focused, and results-driven

• Confident using SOE, Word, and Excel
