Working in both mainstream and SEN schools. We are currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our welcoming and supportive schools in the Surrey area.Responsibilities:Support pupils with a range of SEN needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD).Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN.Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.Requirements:Previous experience working with children with SEN (school, care, or youth setting).A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A valid DBS on the Update Service.
