Our client is a leading packaging manufacturer based in Southampton.

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an Account Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will oversee and grow key customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

Package:

Salary £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)Annual company bonusIndividual performance related bonus''28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidaysWorking hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pmAccount Manager - Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture key customer accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat businessPrepare accurate quotations and respond to enquiries in a timely mannerUnderstand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutionsIdentify and contact new business prospects to expand the customer baseTake ownership of sales targets, performance, and key account resultsBuild strong working relationships with internal teams to support customer needsAccount Manager - Requirements:

Proven experience in an account management role within a manufacturing environmentCommercially awareHighly organised and capable of managing multiple accounts and enquiriesConfident with MS Office and CRM systemsMotivated, and proactive in approach
